This is so good, that even after having a huge Filipino dinner next door at Max’s Restaurant, I stopped by Chef P’s to grab some Salt and Pepper Calamari to go.
Be warned though – if you like your calamari tender, you will be disappointed. I do not know how they cook it, but they somehow transform squid into a crunchy chip. I do like my calamari tender, but there are times that I like it crunchy and salty, and for lack of a better word, more chip-like.
