Oh yes!

First day in California, and when given a choice of the first place to eat near the San Jose airport, I chose the Old Spaghetti Factory. Spaghetti with brown butter and mizithra cheese, one of their signature dishes, is one of my all-time favorite meals.

When I went to college at Fresno State in the late 90s, it seemed like I was always at OSF. The food was great and the price was right for a struggling college student. Unfortunately, living the DC-area, there are no Old Spaghetti Factories anywhere near us, so when I visit California, I make sure I always come here.
