I can’t help but buy these giant garlic cloves every single time I go to the farmers market. They’re like regular garlic cloves on steroids.
How awesome would this be if I roasted them in the oven? Pretty damn awesome, that’s how awesome!
Place them on foil.
Slice the ends off and drizzle olive oil and sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
Wrap them up in foil until it looks like a giant Hershey kiss.
Put them in an oven for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees. Sleep tight, my babies.
I should note that my kitchen smells amazing right now.
